At Wigoria, we take product quality and order accuracy seriously. As an overseas manufacturer and exporter, we carefully inspect and pack each item before shipment. Please review our refund terms below:

1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are final once confirmed and paid.

  • Please double-check the product details (type, length, color, quantity, etc.) before completing your purchase.

  • Custom orders (including private label, custom packaging, or special specifications) cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.

2. Refund & Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to international logistics complexity and high shipping costs.

  • However, if there is a proven issue with product quality or if you receive the wrong item, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a partial refund or replacement in your next order.

  • All issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or courier service (out of our control)

  • Minor differences in color or length due to lighting or manual measurement

  • Customer mistakes in choosing product options

  • Used or altered items
