Refund Policy
At Wigoria, we take product quality and order accuracy seriously. As an overseas manufacturer and exporter, we carefully inspect and pack each item before shipment. Please review our refund terms below:
1. Order Confirmation
All orders are final once confirmed and paid.
Please double-check the product details (type, length, color, quantity, etc.) before completing your purchase.
Custom orders (including private label, custom packaging, or special specifications) cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to international logistics complexity and high shipping costs.
However, if there is a proven issue with product quality or if you receive the wrong item, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a partial refund or replacement in your next order.
All issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Delays caused by customs clearance or courier service (out of our control)
