2. Order Policy

All prices and product details are subject to confirmation before payment.
Once the order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be changed or canceled.
For custom orders (e.g. private label, special textures, colors, or packaging), production will begin only after full payment or agreed deposit is received.

We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, and others as agreed.
Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped from China using international couriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Delivery times vary by country and customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs clearance.
Spedizione costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

All products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon arrival and reporting any issues within 5 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wigoria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delays, incorrect use of products, or third-party actions.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
